By purchasing or using any Retrograde Labs product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
Retrograde Labs offers software applications, DCTL plugins, and Python scripts for use with DaVinci Resolve and other compatible software. Some products are free; others require purchase.
When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. Unless otherwise stated:
Free and open-source tools are licensed under their respective open-source licenses (see each tool's repository for details).
Purchases are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Your payment contract is with Paddle, and Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and tax compliance. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
Products are delivered digitally. After a successful purchase, you will receive a download link or license key by email. It is your responsibility to retain access to this information.
Products are provided as-is without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including fitness for a particular purpose or compatibility with any specific software version. We do our best to keep products working, but make no guarantees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retrograde Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, including data loss or workflow interruption. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
We may update products from time to time. Updates to purchased products are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue a product with reasonable notice.
Your license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the product.
