Refund Policy

All products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase. Because of this, we generally do not offer refunds once a license has been issued or a download has been accessed.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund if:

  • You experienced a technical issue that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time frame.
  • You were charged more than once for the same product due to a billing error.
  • The product was materially misrepresented on its product page.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind after download or access.
  • Incompatibility with software versions not listed on the product page.
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago.

How to Request

Email [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
